Garusoli with lemon and oil

Ingredients
1 kg garusoli (common murex),
4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil,
salt,
black pepper in grains,
lemon,
1 bay leaf,
1 glass of dry white wine,
1 rib of white celery,
1 sprig of parsley,
1 clove of garlic.
Introduction
Garusoli (common murex), also called sea snails, are widespread throughout the Adriatic Sea. Wrapped in a spiral-shaped shell and with an oval-shaped opening, they must be consumed very fresh. They should be washed repeatedly and very carefully.
