Goose breast and polenta

Ingredients
200g of white corn flour,
200g of smoked goose breast, cut into thin slices,
200g of fresh grated Montasio cheese,
salt,
butter.
Introduction
The smoked goose breast is obtained by stuffing previously salted, spiced and partially matured goose breasts, tightly joined in a roll. In this recipe, the goose breast is paired with white polenta to create a highly appreciable flan.
