Thanks to the partnership between “De gusto” and the “Chamber of Commerce of Venezia Giulia” a booth will be set up to promote and taste local seafood products and more
A selection of products from the coastal littoral that will be paired with local wines will be available for tasting at the stand ‘De gusto’ stand. In addition to the tasting, four show cooking sessions are planned with the cooperation of the Unione cuochi FVG, and several Monfalcone chefs and restaurateurs.

Friday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.
Saturday from 11 a.m. to midnight
Sunday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.

A day dedicated to ‘Fasolaro’. Throughout the opening hours of the De gusto stand, visitors will be able to taste a plate of raw Fasolari accompanied by an excellent Pinot Noir Couvèe. (The fasolaro day will be organized by Pescaturismo Alice II di Robi Zentilin)
