De gusto in PROMOMARE 2024

For the second year “De gusto” will participate in the “Promomare” event May 31 to June 01-02, 2024. Event co-organized by the Municipality of Monfalcone and Mast Icc SB srl. An event dedicated to sea-related activities. This is the website for info on the full program www.promomare.it

Thanks to the partnership between “De gusto” and the “Chamber of Commerce of Venezia Giulia” a booth will be set up to promote and taste local seafood products and more

A selection of products from the coastal littoral that will be paired with local wines will be available for tasting at the stand ‘De gusto’ stand. In addition to the tasting, four show cooking sessions are planned with the cooperation of the Unione cuochi FVG, and several Monfalcone chefs and restaurateurs.

Stand opening:

Friday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.
Saturday from 11 a.m. to midnight
Sunday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
At the De gusto stand, you can taste the ‘Zattere’ with:

- San Daniele queen trout on herb butter cream;

A day dedicated to ‘Fasolaro’. Throughout the opening hours of the De gusto stand, visitors will be able to taste a plate of raw Fasolari accompanied by an excellent Pinot Noir Couvèe. (The fasolaro day will be organized by Pescaturismo Alice II di Robi Zentilin)
