Description

Tarcento's Pinza is a cake usually made with corn flour and enriched with raisins, dried figs, walnuts, almonds or pine nuts. Some variations also include pumpkin pulp, while others do not require the use of polenta flour. Like all traditional recipes, each family has its own version. From the nutritional point of view, it is a complete and nutrient-rich food.
