Gorizia rose

This radicchio is an ecotype of Cicorium Inthybus of the sativa subspecies, selected over the years by the farmers of various areas of the Gorizia area.

The colour of the finished product is intense red, with variegations leading to pink and garnet red, depending on the special selection or on the agricultural families dealing with the production; its characteristic shape is that of a rose.
