The treasure of every land is the history of its products
From Wednesday, October 5 to Sunday, October 9, 2022, at BARCOLANA 54, "De gusto" will be present in the booth of the system Chamber of Commerce Venezia Giulia, Cassa Rurale del Friuli venezia Giulia, Assonautica italiana, Confidi Venezia Giulia with a series of show cooking and tastings for the promotion of food and wine products and craft beers from Friuli Venezia Giulia.
The partnership between, the Companies, made possible the realization of a program of initiatives and collateral events, for the integrated promotion of the Regional territory and in particular of Venezia Giulia.
Of note was the collaboration between De gusto and the Institute "I.S.I.S. "Sandro Pertini" of Monfalcone, for the realization of the show cooking and the management of the administration of the dishes on the menu.
In "Riva del Mandracchio" (opposite Hotel Excelsior Savoia), you will find a prestigious facility that will allow the attending public to participate in the show cooking and tastings from the comfort of the panoramic terrace above the booth.

The tastings will be organized as follows:
On the ground floor, product tastings including wine and craft beer.
On the panoramic terrace, show cooking meetings and tastings, free, or with limited number and/or fee.
Along the way, near the stand you will be greeted by our operators who, equipped with trays, will offer you samples of typical products and invite you to visit the stand, participate in show cooking and taste the specialties present.

On the terrace:
- 11:30 a.m. to 12 noon - Gac FVG Committee Meeting.
- From 12:15 to 1:00 p.m. Gac FVG presents Show cooking/tasting:
"The heart of lagoon in the kitchen". The small but very tasty capatonda of our lagoons to be prepared into delicious dishes.
Presented by chef Nevio Lupi. (30 seats available, free admission).
- From 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. "De gusto" organizes the tasting "Crudo del Golfo e Laguna"
Fasolari and other delicacies from the gulf and lagoon. Presented by food and wine journalist Stefano Cosma and chef Nevio Lupi. (30 Seats available, free admission).
- 5 to 6:15 p.m. TriestEspresso Expo Meeting.
Ground floor:
- "Fasolaro mussel Day." Throughout Thursday you will have the opportunity to taste fresh Mussles Fasolari, wines and bubbles from the region.
- Tastings of regional products including wine and craft beer.
On the terrace:
- From 10.15 am to 10.45 am Press conference to present the crew and boat of the System Camera di Commercio Venezia Giulia, Cassa Rurale del Friuli Venezia Giulia, Assonautica Italiana, Confidi Venezia Giulia and De gusto that will compete in Barcolana 54.
- From 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. De gusto presents the show cooking/tasting "Oil is made in three."
Three types of olive oil from the Parovel company paired with as many dishes. Presented by Elena Parovel, food and wine journalist Stefano Cosma and chef Nevio Lupi. (30 Seats available).
- 6 to 8 p.m. Meeting Cassa Rurale Friuli Venezia Giulia.

- From 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. "De gusto" presents the show cooking/tasting "Tra Carso e Colli Orientali".
A sweet encounter between Koch, a traditional Karst dessert, and Ramandolo the lovable wine of the Eastern Hills. Presented by chef Nevio Lupi. (30 Places available, free).
